Devin Casto

Devin has been involved in the construction industry since the age of 18. Devin's portfolio includes a wide range of custom homes, from contemporary lakefront properties to rustic mountain cabins. He works closely with each client to understand their vision and needs, and he uses his expertise to bring those ideas to life.

Devin’s team of skilled craftsmen and subcontractors share his passion for excellence, and they take pride in every project they undertake. They use only the highest-quality materials and pay close attention to every detail, from the foundation to the finishing touches.

Theresa Ellison

Theresa has been in the construction industry nearly 30 years , spending 19 years of those years in interior design services, specializing in cabinetry, finish material selection, interior decorating and office management. Theresa has built a reputation for her innovative designs, attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

Theresa has a keen eye for colors, texture, and balance, and she uses those skills to create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect her clients’ unique style and needs. Theresa’s portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from small beachfront cottages to large commercial spaces. She has experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including…. Residential,
recreational, and hospitality.

Theresa’s design process is collaborative, and she works closely with her clients to understand their vision and goals. She brings her expertise and creativity to the table, offering suggestions and ideas to help her clients achieve their desired outcome.

Liam

Liam is a seasoned superintendent, Liam oversees all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. He is responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget , and to the highest standard of quality.

Liams takes pride in his work and is committed to delivering the best possible product to his clients. He understands that building a home is a significant investment, and he takes that responsibility seriously. He is dedicated to making the building process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for his clients. Outside of building homes, he enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, mountain biking, camping and playing music.

Mikki

Mikki is a 3rd generation Cle Elum local from a long line of loggers, builders, and designers. Construction runs in her blood. She started out as a finish carpenter which she did for 6 years while simultaneously getting her degree in occupational safety. She then moved up the ranks
to Superintendent and has been in that role going on 3 years now. She fills up her down time by getting way too ambitious with projects on her own property and enjoying the company of her husband, 3 daughters, 2 dogs, and 5 chickens.

Mike

Mike has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, and has developed a reputation for his excellent leadership, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.

Mike began his career in construction as a laborer , working his way up through the ranks to become a Superintendent. He has experience managing projects of all sizes and complexities, from small remodel to large commercial projects. In his spare time Mike enjoys the outdoors and traveling.

Alissa

Alissa is a lifelong Cle Elum gal. She has worked for Devin since 2022. She enjoys supporting our local school sports. Alissa loves doing anything outside! She has 2 dogs and is a crazy chicken lady.
